How much can I earn?
Every study invitation shows its pay and length before you say yes, so you can work out the hourly rate. Studies range from $60 to $300+, depending on the nature of the study and what it asks of you.
What kinds of studies are there?
AI-led voice, video and text interviews you can take on your own schedule, live calls with a human researcher, and short surveys. Each study lists its format and length upfront.
What does verification involve?
A one-time check of your identity and, for professional studies, your role and employer. It’s a 5-minute voice interview plus a background verification, and it makes you eligible for better-paying studies.
Who sees my answers?
The research team that commissioned the study sees your answers and your verified role, not your name or contact details, unless you explicitly agree. Nothing goes into the Arbor library without your permission.
How and when do I get paid?
You are paid when the study is complete, usually within 48 hours, by PayPal, Venmo or bank transfer. The amount you see on the study is the amount you get.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Most studies work on a phone. Video interviews need a camera, and the study will say so before you apply.
